Demolition of old sorting office and a new coffee drive thru for Stretford amongst this week’s planning apps

Demolition of the old Lacy Street sorting office is submitted for planning consent.

Also on this week’s planning list is a new coffee drive thru near to St Ann’s church in Stretford. This is on the site of the service station there and the planning application includes the removal of all the fuel tanks and structures.
